Personal and Professional Background
Sharon was first admitted to practice in South Australia in 1998 and has also practiced in Queensland before moving to New South Wales. Sharon has gained considerable expertise in insurance and industrial law, having practiced in both plaintiff and defendant based firms including Xenophon Lawyers, Shine Lawyers, Phillips Fox and Sparke Helmore.
Sharon’s expertise includes high level legal support and management of litigated claims in specialities including medical negligence, professional indemnity, common law, motor vehicle accident, occupiers liability and public liability. She is also experienced in the areas of workers compensation recovery and industrial risk management, compliance and occupational health and safety.
At McCabe Terrill Lawyers Sharon’s practice is focused upon common law and statutory government liability and workplace relations.
Sharon is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of NSW.
