Michael has acted for a variety of Australian and international insurance companies over the last 24 years. He acts predominately in building/construction and engineering disputes.
He has been involved in all types of professional indemnity and property liability claims as well as major personal injury claims.
Michael has experience in formal and informal alternative dispute resolution procedures/mediations. For four years Michael was appointed a Court Arbitrator.
