Personal and Professional Background
Kathryn advises and represents clients in relation to general commercial litigation disputes as well as Trade Practices Act claims (including product liability and misrepresentation cases), intellectual property claims, defamation and debt recovery.
Kathryn’s clients come from a wide range of industries including property development, construction, manufacturing, wine merchants and distributors, franchisees, the education industry and include a number of Australian and International companies.
Kathryn graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours and has been admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. She is also a member of the Commercial Law Association of Australia and the Australian Businesswomen’s Network.
