Personal and Professional Background
Andrew has been practising insurance litigation for 22 years. He has extensive experience in all jurisdictions including the higher appellate Courts. He acts for local and overseas insurers in the public & product liability areas, construction litigation and in motor vehicle litigation. He acts for professional indemnity insurers and has advised on policy wordings and indemnity matters.
In 1993 Andrew was accredited a personal injury specialist in the first year the scheme was instituted by the NSW Law Society and has maintained accreditation for 14 years. He gained experience in large scale product liability litigation by involvement in the Dalkon Shield action.
It is his view that a client deserves solutions with friendly approachable legal service. Andrew’s expertise gained through his many years of practice in specialist areas leaves him able to provide the highest quality advice and representation.
