Personal and Professional Background
Toby specialises in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity and general corporate law. He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, ranging from share and asset acquisitions and disposals to shareholding arrangements, joint ventures and corporate reconstructions. He also regularly advises on corporate governance issues, and on the commercialisation of intellectual property rights.
Toby has experience across a wide range of industries and has significant experience advising clients in the insurance industry, including underwriting agencies and insurance brokers.
Toby holds an LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
