Terry specialises in commercial transactions generally, as well as fundraising and corporate finance. In the property area, Terry has extensive expertise in relation to joint venture agreements, leasing, options and effective structuring of transactions. He also advises on partnership and shareholder agreements and disputes.

Terry is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Business Law, a Committee Member of the Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee of the Law Society and a Member of the Commercial Law Association of Australia Ltd.
