Michelle Lai is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Michelle’s practice focuses on insolvency, intellectual property, Corporations Act claims and debt recovery in addition to general commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for both corporate and individual clients in a broad range of industries including construction, property development, insurance, agriculture and professional services.
Michelle is a member of the New South Wales Law Society, the Commercial Law Association of Australia and the Australian Businesswomen’s Network.
