Personal and Professional Background
Andrew heads the firm's commercial dispute resolution team. His expertise covers commercial and general litigation and dispute resolution across a broad range of industries.
He acts for major manufacturers, property developers, insurance and finance brokers, financial institutions, professional sports managers, and medium to large Australian and International business generally.
Andrew is particularly adept at handling Corporations Act and Trade Practices Act disputes. He has extensive experience in the protection of intellectual property rights.
Andrew acts for a number of insolvency practitioners. He also provides advice to directors and shareholders on all aspects of insolvency, with a focus on practical and cost-effective solutions for clients. He is significantly experienced in litigation funding.
He regularly advises on unfair contract disputes under s106 of the Industrial Relations Act (NSW) and acts for both employees and employers.
Andrew is a member of the Commercial Law Association of Australia and the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
