Steven specialises in corporate transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, fundraising, and private equity work.
He advises the firm’s clients on transactions and structures including share and asset sales, shareholding and joint venture arrangements, takeovers, share capital reconstructions, listing rule matters, and IPO’s and other fundraising activities.
He is also experienced in the establishment of private equity funds and other investment structures, and often advises on management buy-out and similar transactions. Steven also acts for clients on the commercialisation of intellectual property rights and other business arrangements, and on transactions flowing from corporate insolvencies.
