Personal and Professional Background
Paul heads the firm’s Government team. He has extensive experience in the private and public sectors, and his practice focuses on commercial and property transactions, administrative law and commercial dispute resolution. He also provides advice in employment and industrial law, with particular emphasis on the public sector.
Before joining McCabe Terrill, Paul was Corporate Solicitor for TransGrid, a NSW statutory State-owned corporation. He has also performed similar roles in other NSW government agencies and has practised for many years in the office of the Australian Government Solicitor. In the private sector, Paul’s practice has mainly involved complex property transactions, commercial law and litigation.
