Personal and Professional Background
Mark has 33 years experience in all forms of insurance claims from small personal injury and property damage to large quadriplegic and brain damage matters. His main focus has been general public liability and road authority claims on behalf of Council pools and more recently on the panel of the RTA.
Mark’s general public liability claims are from all areas, including industrial accidents on building sites, falls, trips, slips in shopping centres, sporting and playground injuries. He has experience in medical negligence and professional indemnity for barristers and solicitors as well as with general insurance advice.
Mark is a member of RMIA a risk management association which has a particular interest for road authorities, and regularly attends seminars held by AILA. Seminar papers have been delivered to the RTA on non economic loss and to seaman's workers compensation claims officers as to the new provisions of the Seaman's Compensation Act.
