Rachael is an experienced insurance and litigation lawyer.
Rachael's expertise and current practice includes general insurance law, public and products liability, (both personal injury and property damage), professional indemnity, occupational health & safety and policy advice. She has extensive experience in defending personal injury claims for hoteliers, RSL clubs and occupiers generally as well as shopping centre owners and cleaners.
Rachael has handled a range of professional indemnity claims for barristers, brokers, real estate agents, builders and engineers.
Rachael regularly provides papers and conducts seminars on recent developments in the insurance industry and personal injury litigation and updates on legislation and case law. She is a member of Women in Insurance.
