Parenting & Carers Committee

 

The committee was established to offer the firm’s support to staff who are caring for family members and seek to continue to develop their career whilst maintaining a work / life balance.

Feedback enables us to review our current processes and procedures in an effort to accommodate the needs of staff within the framework of the McCabe Terrill business. 

This committee is a central portal for the exchange of ideas and discussing any issues with a view to supporting staff and finding workable solutions for staff within the context of the McCabe Terrill framework.

We aim to:

  • develop and review policies relating to family issues
  • assist staff to maintain an engaging career and / or progress their career whilst caring for family members
  • assist staff to balance family needs with work needs
  • promote family closeness and family friendly work practices
