Solicitor – Insurance Litigation
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced 3-5 year solicitor to work in a team environment with leading practitioners in our professional indemnity practice.
You will possess a working knowledge of the NSW District and Supreme Courts and Federal Court of Australia and strong legal skills in contract, tort and statutory interpretation, as well as knowledge of the Trade Practices Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Corporations Law and the Civil Liability Act.
The successful candidate will have sound written and verbal communication skills, the ability to use their initiative and work effectively as part of a team. Candidates with extensive relevant pre-admission experience will be highly regarded.

Solicitor – Corporate and Commercial
We are currently looking for lawyers to join our busy and growing Corporate and Commercial team.
You:
know your way around the Corporations Act, and have experience of those parts of the Act relating to fundraising, M&A and financial services
will have experience advising on and drafting contracts such as shareholders, subscription, sale and purchase and/or joint venture agreements, and other commercial arrangements
understand the importance of managing clients’ risk, including through due diligence
have an interest in business, a commercial mind and a sense of what each client’s commercial drivers are in every transaction.
